To whom it may concern,

I wanted to give my honest and complete recommendation for Diane Cano as a professional who made my home-buying experience succeed in 2022.

I had a medical situation that affected my eyes and required a move from Arizona to Florida immediately. I flew to Florida on July 2nd and was looking for houses and contacted A Mortgage to get pre-approved and secure a mortgage and I was connected with Diane.

I explained on Friday evening at 6:00 pm that I needed to get pre-approved for a home so I could give a pre-approval letter to a real estate letter by the next morning because I was flying out of Florida Saturday and needed to make an offer on a house the next day. She had the letter to me that evening!

I talked with Diane the next day from Arizona, Sunday, and said the offer Had been approved and I needed to close asap so I could move out of Arizona to protect my eyes. She worked very hard, overcoming obstacles, and staying in contact with me.

We were able to close on August 18th, 2022, and moved in on August 31st, 2022, an incredible 60 days after I contacted Diane with A Mortgage. It was her customer service, compassion, and dedication to achieving my goals that made this happen.
